• Online quizzes and assessments to evaluate knowledge.
• Digital certification upon successful completion of the required exam.
• Subscription-based access to quiz results, certificates, and platform features.
Important: Our certifications are for educational purposes only and do not replace state or federal licensing requirements. Esthly does not guarantee acceptance by employers, professional organizations, or government agencies.
User Accounts
To access our services, you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Take full responsibility for any activity under your account.
Prohibited Activities:
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate promotions or certifications.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Sharing or transferring account credentials.
Esthly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
Subscription & Payment Terms
A. Subscription Plans & Fees
• Esthly offers monthly subscriptions at a fixed rate.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Payment details and available plans are listed on our Pricing Page.
B. Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued once a subscription payment has been processed.
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

Certification Process
To receive a digital certificate, users must:
1. Complete the online quiz.
2. Achieve the minimum passing score required.
3. Subscribe to unlock and download the certificate.
4. Receive a digital certificate, which includes:
• User’s full name
• Certification title
• Date of completion
Note: This certification is a record of completion and is not an official professional license.
Affiliate & Referral Program Terms
A. Eligibility & Participation
• Users must register for the Referral & Affiliate Program separately.
• Participants must have an active Esthly account to earn commissions.
B. Referral Program
• Users earn $10 per new subscriber who joins using their referral link.
• Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.
C. Affiliate Program Recurring Commissions
• Affiliates earn 30% commission per subscription referred.
• Commissions apply as long as the referred user remains subscribed.
D. Payment & Withdrawal Terms
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.
• Affiliates must provide valid payment details for commission
Prohibited Activities
Users may not
• Misuse, alter, or forge certification documents.
• Share quiz answers or manipulate results.
• Use fraudulent methods to generate referrals.
• Engage in illegal or abusive activities on the platform.
Violations may result in account suspension or revocation of certifications.
Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, website content, quizzes, and certificates are the exclusive property of Esthly.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform materials without permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in removal of access to services.

• We are not responsible for employment outcomes based on our certification.
